The Privacy Policy of the website available at https://ccig.pl (hereinafter: the Policy) has been developed on the basis of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: the GDPR).

As part of its activities related to the provision of call and contact center services, the Personal data controller makes every effort to ensure an adequate level of privacy protection for the website users and people using our services. With these people in mind, we have prepared a summary of our privacy protection policy, which takes into account the principles required by law, including the provisions of the GDPR. By carefully reading our Policy, you will learn what actions we take with respect to your personal data to ensure its security and exercise your rights.

Personal Data – information about an identified or identifiable natural person, defined in accordance with the GDPR and Polish regulations on the protection of personal data, e.g. name, surname, identification number, factor determining mental or physiological identity, IP address.

The use of social plugins means that when you click on the plugin icon, you will be transferred to our company’s profile on the selected social network. Processing of personal data

we process the data you provide to us pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 (f) GDPR
Providing Personal Data on our Website is a condition for concluding a contract to access the functionalities available on our Website. If you do not provide this data, you will be, unfortunately, unable to use them.

Who we may transfer your Personal Data to
Please also be informed that we may transfer or share your Personal Data with entities that cooperate with us, such as IT providers and organizational entities that support the service that we provide. The transfer may take place only when we have concluded appropriate contracts with these entities in order to ensure that they will protect your Personal Data at least as responsibly as we do.
Please note that your Personal Data is transferred in particular to:

● the entity operating the website HRlink , i.e. HRlink sp. z o.o. – if you send us your application documents in order to participate in the recruitment process. When you apply through our Website for a recruitment conducted by us, you will be redirected to HRlink’s website, the Provider processes your personal data provided in the application form as a processor (on the basis of the contract concluded with us) and the data related to your presence on its website as a personal data controller. The transfer of data to the indicated entities is necessary for the performance of our services.
The Personal data controller is part of the CCIG Group capital group. It may happen that your Personal Data provided in the contact form or recruitment form will be made available to other companies belonging to our capital group based on the legitimate interests of the personal data controller, in order to respond to your inquiry or enable you to take part in the recruitment process, i.e: Call Center Poland S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (02-675) at ul. We are bound by appropriate contracts for the processing of personal data with each affiliated company.
Your Personal Data may be transferred by us to the entities indicated in the Information about cookies section.
As a general rule, Personal Data is processed by us in the European Union and the European Economic Area. In connection with the provision of services, it may happen that the data will be transferred to third countries. However, you must know that in such a situation, the transfer of data by us is carried out in accordance with all requirements indicated in Chapter V of the GDPR – Transfers of personal data to third countries or international organizations. You have the right to rectify your Personal Data by changing or supplementing it.
You have the right to delete your Personal Data, known as the “right to be forgotten”. You can request us to delete your data without undue delay in the following situations:
● the data is not necessary for the purpose of processing or is processed in a different way
● consent to processing has been withdrawn previously, and we have no basis for processing
● you have objected to data processing
● the data was processed unlawfully
● the personal data controller is obliged to delete data resulting from legal provisions
● the data was collected in relation to the offering of Information Society services.

You also have the right to restrict processing by the controller. You can request a restriction when:
● you question the accuracy of the data
● the processing is unlawful, but you are opposed to deletion by only requesting a restriction
● the controller no longer needs the data for processing purposes, but you need them to establish, assert or defend claims
● you object to processing, but only until its grounds are resolved.
If the processing is performed based on consent or in an automated manner, you also have the right to transfer data that we should provide to you at your request in a commonly used format. You can also request that the data be transferred by us directly to another controller.
You have the right to object to the processing. In this case, we can no longer process your Personal Data, unless we demonstrate the grounds required by the GDPR.
You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based on automatic processing, including profiling, if such a decision has legal effects on you or otherwise significantly affects you. Please be advised that this right does not apply if: such a decision is necessary for the performance/conclusion of the contract, is permitted by law or is based on your express consent.

Please be informed that:
1. The controller of the personal data is CCIG Group sp. z o. o. with a registered office in Wroclaw (50-130) at ul. Rzeźnicza 32/33.
2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of contacting you and presenting information on our partners for whom we provide call center services, as well as for marketing purposes carried out on behalf of our partners, and to collect the relevant consent for these partners, if required by law.
3. Recipients of data may be relevant state authorities acting on the basis of generally applicable law. Your data may also be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the controller, e.g. IT service providers – please note, however, that such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the controller and only in accordance with its instructions.
4. The data will be processed by the controller for a period corresponding to the duration of the license for the use of the data granted by the controller’s external provider.
