CCIG cooperates with leading companies from several dozen industries. Telephone Customer Advisors, depending on their interests, can develop on projects implemented, among others, for the telecommunications, energy, banking and insurance industries. We provide services to the B2B and B2C sectors, divided into sales and helpline projects. The sales department serves regular customers, acquires new ones and cares for a positive image of our partners. The main task in non-sales projects is to provide information and substantive assistance to clients. We also have a back office, where we support the administrative facilities of implemented projects.

The key partner of CCIG is the leader of the telecommunications sector. The project is carried out in Wrocław, Kielce, Opole and Częstochowa. On the other hand, the branch in Tarnów mainly deals with customer service of the company from the energy sector, where Telephone Advisors contact the company’s regular customers and provide information about the current offer. The Tri-City is characterized by, among others multimedia and energy industry.
