Our company, CCIG Group, has been nominated as a finalist in three categories of the prestigious European Contact Center & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA), often called the Oscars of the Contact Center Industry!
Three nominations of CCIG Group in ECCCSA 2023 – triple reason to be proud!
Our nominations cover the following categories:
- Best Supporting Team (Colleague)
- Greatest Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Impact
- Best BPO Partnership (Small) – for the project in cooperation with LOT Polish Airlines
This is a huge success for us, especially since it is our debut in the ECCCSA awards. Being nominated among the best in the industry is proof of the commitment, innovation and dedication of every member of our CCIG Group family.
